Outside of his entrepreneurial endeavors, Adam cherishes time spent with his daughters and is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where he proudly holds a black belt. His multifaceted life embodies a balance of professional dedication and personal fulfillment, making him a role model for aspiring entrepreneurs in the dental field.

Doug is originally from New Jersey where he grew up playing soccer, basketball, and beach volleyball. His love of the beach called him out to California after college where he had the incredible opportunity to train daily on the beach with a few members of the AVP and the U.S. Olympic volleyball team. There, he opened a Greek clothing store in Westwood at UCLA at the age of 22 and sold literally millions of garments to hundreds of thousands of sorority members from chapters all over the country over the years. In 2015, he was selected to represent the United States in a men’s competitive over-35 International soccer tournament in South America, which played matches against Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Mexico, Peru, and Great Britain. He’s been married since 2000 and lives in South Florida with his wife Diana and 3 children. He lives vicariously through his eldest who represents The College of Charleston where she was recruited to play Division I Beach Volleyball!

Doug joined the Dental world in 2017 helping dentists who treat sleep apnea and place full arch dental implants get in-network medical reimbursements for their patients procedures. He loves impacting the lives of so many patients & practices and now brings a wealth of dental practice knowledge and relationships to The Dental Protection Group as its Vice President of Business Development.

Ian McLaughlin is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, where he developed a deep expertise in reinsurance.
